The board provides its members with continuing education, structure, plus vital products, and services to meet the requirements of our community. The YRREB is committed to enhancing member professional image and building a strong service-oriented association for the continuing requirements of today and tomorrow. The York Region Real Estate Board (YRREB) is a non-profit trade association of registered Realtor® brokers and sales representatives within the York Region and surrounding areas. Members of the YRREB are also members of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), and the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). All members have been extensively educated through the OREA College, followed by a two year articling period. All YRREB members are trained and insured to help consumers with all of their Real Estate requirements. Also, Realtors must complete 24 continuing education credits every two years. MLS® is a cooperative computer marketing system used by the YRREB Board members to ensure maximum exposure of residential, industrial, commercial, and investment properties listed for sale or lease.
